Your Right to Delete Your Data

At Gnosis Club, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of all personal information we have collected and stored about you, including your membership application data, profile information, and any uploaded files such as headshot photographs.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request that your data be deleted from Gnosis Club, please send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the following in your request:

  • Your full name as provided in your application.
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A statement requesting deletion of your data.

What We Will Delete

Upon processing your request, we will delete:

  • Your membership application and all associated personal details (name, contact information, professional details).
  • Your uploaded headshot photograph.
  • Your authentication account and login credentials.
  • Any payment metadata stored on our servers (note: payment transaction records held by Stripe or PayPal are subject to their own data retention policies).

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. In certain cases, we may need to retain limited data to comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial record-keeping requirements). If so, we will inform you of what is retained and why.

Third-Party Data

If you signed up or logged in through a third-party service, we will delete the data stored on our systems. To delete data held by third-party providers (Clerk, Stripe, PayPal), you may need to contact them directly or manage your data through their respective platforms.
